Using light as a sound source makes it possible to work with sound visually, opening up new possibilities for experimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experiments have resulted in various forms \u2013 as a performance, exhibition, workshop or a demonstration. During the workshop or demonstration the participants are invited to learn about the principles of recording, playing and generating sound using different types of lights and shadows and a solar panel. The elements for creating sound can be a body of water, a fidget-spinner, a vibrating string or any string that can be plucked to make a sound, simple DC motors, christmas lights, screens etc. Each of these light sources have different properties for generating sound through photoacoustic principles.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Light, Shadows, Waves\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/404348246?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"700\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay;
